چکیده
Background: The molecular mechanism of human African trypanosomiasis remains to be fully understood. It is urgently required identify genes that are associated with trypanosome development and prognosis elucidate the underlying mechanisms. In present study, we aimed potential pathogenic prognostic differentially expressed (DEGs) through bioinformatics analysis genetic profiles from infected patients. Methods: gene expression dataset (GSE85996) patients were obtained Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). DEGs identified using LIMMA Package R. GO (Gene Ontology) KEGG (Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes) analyses conducted Enrich. protein-protein interaction (PPI) network was established STRING (Search Tool for Retrieval Interacting database) server. Results: A total 20 including 3 upregulated (STAT1, FBXW17 LRRC15), 17 downregulated (Setbp1, Rxfp1, 5031414D18Rik, Dnm3os, Serpine2, Rnase2a, Tnfaip8l3, Adap1, Nrg1, P2ry14, Vegfd, Aldh1a2, Fgfbp3 Aldh1a2) identified. PPI DEG a 40 nodes, 254 edges, 12.7 average node degree, enrichment p-value < 1.0e-16. enriched pathway includes; Relaxin signalling pathway, retinol metabolism, erbb neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, TNF focal adhesion. However, r FGFR cardiac endothelial cell differentiation, muscle myoblast plasminogen activation, mast chemotaxis, endocardial transmembrane receptor protein tyrosine kinase. Conclusion: study may provide basis an improved understanding infection in humans. this could utilized as new biomarkers targets drugs against trypanosomiasis.

Transcriptomic Analysis Identifies Differentially Expressed Genes (DEGs) Associated with Bolting and Flowering in Radish (Raphanus sativus L.)
The transition of vegetative growth to bolting and flowering is an important process in the life cycle of plants, which is determined by numerous genes forming an intricate network of bolting and flowering. However, no comprehensive identification and profiling of bolting and flowering-related genes have been carried out in radish. In this study, RNA-Seq technology was applied to analyze the di...

Brucellosis is a costly contagious disease of human, domestic and wild animals. It is a serious health problem in Iran causing significant economic losses therefore, control approaches to prevent its spread are of great importance. In Iran, the species and biovars of virulent Brucella species are still under-reported due to the inadequate diagnostic protocols and insufficient laborator...
متن کاملRough sets for in silico identification of differentially expressed miRNAs
The microRNAs, also known as miRNAs, are the class of small noncoding RNAs. They repress the expression of a gene posttranscriptionally. In effect, they regulate expression of a gene or protein. It has been observed that they play an important role in various cellular processes and thus help in carrying out normal functioning of a cell. However, dysregulation of miRNAs is found to be a major ca...
متن کاملIn silico Analysis of Transcription Factors Associated to Differentially Expressed Genes in Irradiated Glioblastoma Cell Lines
Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is one of the most frequent tumors in the central nervous system and the most malignant tumor among gliomas. In the past two decades, cytogenetic and molecular genetic studies have identified a number of recurrent chromosomal abnor‐ malities and genetic alterations in malignant gliomas, particularly in GBM [1]. It was already described that GBM harbors combinations...
